Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which bookings made with MediaX Click ("we," "us," "our") may be cancelled or refunded.


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway transaction charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion (see Section 3).

  • To cancel a booking, please email us at click@mediax.co.in with your booking details (name, date, and transaction ID) at least 24 hours in advance.


2. Cancellation by MediaX Click

In the rare event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to studio unavailability, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or

  • The option to reschedule to an alternate available date at no additional cost.

We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases via the email or phone number provided at the time of booking.


3. Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to once free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking time will be treated as a new booking and may incur applicable charges.

  • To reschedule, contact us at click@mediax.co.in with your booking details and preferred new date.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times, which are beyond our control.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond the booked session window.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time (except in cases covered under Section 2).

  • Partial use of the booked studio time.

  • Bookings for which props, sets, or add-ons have already been arranged or procured specifically for the session.


6. Partial Payments

For bookings made with a partial payment, the cancellation and refund terms above apply to the amount actually paid. Any outstanding balance will not be charged if the booking is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
